Norvell H. Eversole, 82 of Lewistown, Missouri died Thursday, February 14, 2013 at 11:27 AM at Blessing Hospital, Quincy, Illinois.

The son of Harold and Ruth Spidle Eversole was born on December 6, 1930 at Fort Madison, Iowa.

He was united in marriage to Mary L. Dosier on July 4, 1958 at Monticello, Missouri. She preceded him in death on December 20, 1998.

Norvell was a member of the Canton Eagles Club Arie #1800 for 30 years. He worked for Ray & Jenkins Gas in Monticello and later worked 51 years for Heetco in Lewistown.

He is survived by two sons, Larry Eversole & wife Beth of Breckenridge, Missouri and Randy Eversole & wife Chris of Hannibal, Missouri; a daughter, Kathy Steinbeck of Lewistown, Missouri; five grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents and wife Mary Eversole.

Cremation rites have been accorded. There are no services scheduled.

Inurnment will be in Midway Cemetery near Lewistown, Missouri.

Memorials may be made to the Midway Cemetery Association which may be mailed to or left at Arnold’s Funeral Home in Lewistown, Missouri.
